Postponement of MediaLib event Award for the best media productions of the year 2019

The Tunisian Association for the Defense of Individual Liberties (ADLI) informs the public that the 2019 award ceremony for the best media productions "MediaLib - 3rd edition" is postponed to October 2020. The date will be communicated later.
For the third consecutive year, the Civil Collective for Individual Liberties shares with you its annual report “the state of individual liberties in Tunisia during the year 2019”. This report, jointly prepared by the members of the Collective, identifies and analyzes the abuses and the achievements related to the exercise of these liberties.

The signatory associations, members of the Civil Coalition for Individual Freedoms and their Allies, are celebrating this year’s May 17, which coincides with the International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia, while the situation of LGBTQI++ individuals stagnates and the official institutions of the State continue to use liberticidal laws and homophobic and transphobic practices;
The Tunisian authorities must oppose any attempt to violate the rights and freedoms of the individuals during the month of Ramadan.
