SYNTHESIS OF THE REPORT: INDIVIDUAL LIBERTIES IN THE TIME OF CORONAVIRUS: WHAT LESSONS FOR THE INDIVISIBILITY AND INTERDEPENDENCE OF HUMAN RIGHTS?

The evaluation methodology was based mainly on the Constitution and the international instruments of human rights in order to show the events that most marked the lockdown. These events undoubtedly reflect the authorities’ abuse of restrictions brought to rights and freedoms. Some of the most affected liberties include: freedom of movement and the right to access to medical care without any discrimination.
