Emna Sammari is a lawyer and deputy treasurer of the Tunisian Association for the Defense of Individual Freedoms. She is a young expert in transitional justice, human rights and gender in Tunisia and laureate of the Women of the Mediterranean - Sciences Po 'Paris program in 2015.
She is a consultant with various international human rights organizations (UNDP, ICTJ, ASF, IBCR, Transparency International). Emna was selected as a member of the National Technical Committee which drew up the Tunisian transitional justice law ratified in 2013.
