Appropriation of the proposal for the code of individual freedoms by political actors

This work tries to make a preliminary assessment of the positions of the various actors present in the Assembly of People's Representatives regarding the proposed law No. 71-2018 on the Code of Individual Liberties, in order to measure the acceptability of the proposed Code among these actors and facilitate the reflection, subsequently, on a strategy for its adoption
